Asset lock and withdrawal-fee reserve

Certain crypto deposits trigger an asset lock that requires you to pre-fund a 2% withdrawal-fee reserve before the locked balance can be released.

14-day reserve deadline

The full 2% reserve must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment the lock is applied. Missing this deadline results in the permanent freezing of the affected assets, which are then removed from your available balance and may remain on the blockchain for mining, staking, or other network-utility purposes.

Irreversibility

Permanently frozen assets cannot be withdrawn, transferred, converted, or recovered. No extensions, partial settlements, or refunds are granted once the 14-day window has expired.

Third-party integration risk

Deposits processed through third-party payment, custody, or blockchain providers depend on their availability and rules. Network congestion, chain reorganizations, or provider outages may delay confirmations and are not grounds for extending the reserve deadline.

Client responsibility

You are solely responsible for monitoring your lock status, completing the reserve on time, and ensuring deposits are sent on the correct network. By initiating a deposit subject to a lock, you acknowledge and accept these conditions in full.
